Who is Dr. Jennifer

Dr. Jennifer  is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Certified  Wellness Counselor, Herbalist, and Iridologist, Reiki Master & Practioner, Global Sacred Woman Priestess. Dr. Jennifer  has assisted hundreds of clients restore and maintain health thru Wholistic Health care Practices.

We require a credit card to book/hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior, or you show up for your scheduled appointmen

Naturopathy - Is the healing art of based on the belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Naturopathy uses non- invasive natural medicine to augment this process.  We use a variety of natural methods tailored to the individual need and to promote healing.   Dr. Jennifer offers consultations and assessments by appointment.  An appointment generally takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the individual needs, and consists of the following.  Completing information forms and interview, conducting health assessment test, reviewing findings, discussing recommended treatments and products.  All treatments use the body’s own abilities to heal, regain and maintain natural harmony and balance. Focus is on assisting and supporting clients with improving their personal health habit and understanding their own basic health patterns.  She uses herbs, flower essences, vitamins, minerals, homeopathic remedies to promote healing.

Iridology - is an Alternative Health Science based on the close examination of the Iris of each eye. The fibers or lacuna of the iris reveal the tissue integrity of all major body organs and systems and determine conditions and levels of health within the body. . Iridology serves as a blue print for highly individualized alternative healthcare and healing.  (Matthew 6:22) Iridology affirms that we do not catch disease. We create them by breaking down our natural defenses through the way we eat, drink, feel, think and live.

Usui Reiki Therapy & Healing – Universal life energy, Reiki is an ancient natural hand on healing art that channels positive energy to promote natural healing, balance, and enlightenment of spirit. Reiki - Is a loving, gentle, safe, non invasive, and affordable healing techniques.  It is based upon the concept that everything is energy.  It helps release blocked energy, improves clarity, focus and concentration, aids and accelerated the natural healing process. When one’s energy is low, imbalanced, or restricted by stress, injury, trauma, it is more susceptible to illness and dis ease.  Reiki uplifts the vibration of the body so it is more susceptible to healing.

Nutritional Herbology - Is the Science of using plants for healing. .  Plants used as medicine are referred to as Herbs. However, Herbs are food supplement. I use both the Nutritional and Medicinal Quality of the Herb to help the body restore wellness.  Herbology view dis-ease as a general imbalance of the body.  Herbology focuses on assisting the self-healing process of the body. Since ancient history plants have been the primary source of medicine for people throughout the world.

Woman Wellness Consultation - Dr. Jennifer has specialized in Women Wellness for the last 12 years, Dr. Jennifer work mostly with women to address and heal concerns associated with womb wellness, reproductive system, hormones and mental, emotional and spiritual well being.  She has facilitated a Rites of Passage Training for Woman for the last 9 years in DC Area.
